About Nonnie's House

In December of 2003 Carmela Liberta and her daughter Maryellen Willis opened Nonnie's House Boutique in Downtown Clovis. The shop is named after Carmela who is known by her grandchildren as "Nonnie". Originally located in a renovated 100 year old home, the retail experience is filled with warmth and hospitality and personal assistance as you shop.

At Nonnie's House Boutique, you will find clothing lines that cannot be found in your average store. Joseph Ribkoff, Tribal and Brighton are just some of the name brands you will find while shopping here. We also offer jewelry and other accessories throughout the shop. More importantly, you will receive one on one assistance while shopping in our boutique or our new online store.

Nonnie's is proud to support our community, offering exciting fashion shows for various service organizations.

Carmela Liberta was not a stranger to business in Downtown Clovis. Over 50 years ago, she and her husband Franco opened Luna Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, also located on Pollasky Avenue in Downtown Clovis. With her sons running the restaurant, Carmela was excited to begin this new adventure with daughter, Maryellen.

In February of 2013, Maryellen Willis decided to branch out and open a new store in Northwest Fresno, located in the Pavilion West Shopping Center.  With this new store, Maryellen is excited about being able to serve even more of the Fresno area with the same great products and personal service the boutique is known for.

In 2018 Carmela passed away, but her daughter Maryellen continues to grow and operate her new store. Nonnie's House Boutique is dedicated to God for making it available, we look forward to serving you!
